Josh Igash came a humble background with a lot of challenges and struggles. He has had a hard time completing his education because of lack of school fees. He has done exceptionally well in spite of this. What is unfortunately a regular family situation: The mother remarries and the new husband rejects the children from the previous marriage. Josh had to run away from home to survive. He believed his life and his dreams had come to an end. Fortunately we heard of his struggles and stepped in to send him to College pursuing a diploma course in human resources and accounting. Now he has a dream and a hope for his future!
When Josh showed me this photo of himself, he quoted–“Siku njema huonekana asubuhi”, translated from Swahili means: “Its a good day shows itself in the morning”.
Hope is so important in our lives–it gives us the possibility to dream!
